This release processes comparison content on your device. Here is what that means, and where network connections still occur.
Comparison content
Supplied titles, descriptions, images, source links, and review notes are used by the comparison workspace in your browser. They are not sent to a Takedown model API. Source links are references; this release does not open or crawl those pages to collect evidence.
Optional AI analysis
AI similarity downloads a language model and supporting files from third-party delivery services, including Hugging Face and jsDelivr. These services receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address when files are downloaded. The listing text is processed locally rather than sent as an AI prompt. Your browser may cache the model files.
Saved cases and downloads
Cases saved by the workspace remain in this browser on this device. This is not an encrypted cloud vault or a team account. Other people with access to the browser profile may be able to see them. Clearing site data can erase saved work. Export anything you need to keep, and remove downloaded files separately when they are no longer needed.
Website delivery
The hosting provider receives ordinary website requests and may retain operational logs. Takedown does not initialize product analytics, automatic form capture, or session recording in this release. Do not put confidential material in this website’s address bar or URL parameters.
You control what leaves the workspace
Evidence downloads and request drafts are created for you to review. Takedown does not send them to sellers or marketplaces. If you choose to share an export or use an external reporting portal, that recipient’s own terms and privacy practices apply.
This page describes the current early-access implementation. Cloud accounts, shared storage, and continuous monitoring are not included in this release.
